What is the LBLAKMT:

The Long Bay Ladies Angler King Mackerel Tournament now attracts almost 300 boats annually and is held in high esteem by the community and anglers. An all CASH GUARANTEED prize structure adds to the enjoyment of the event. The tournament guarantees its entire prize structure; it is not based on the number of boats that participate.  Additional cash prizes are added to the event by sponsors. 

Although the tournament is fished by the women, two men are allowed on every fishing team. They cannot handle the tackle, rods, or bait, but men are welcome to operated the boat and gaff the fish

Friday August 1st, Registration 3:00pm till 9:00pm, Captains Meeting 7:00pm at Smith Park - located on Fish Factory Rd.


Saturday August 2nd, Competition Day,  Check Out 7:00am at Fort Caswell Dock and Lockwood Folly Inlet.
Scales Open 1:00pm, Close at 5:00pm

Sunday August 3rd  Cook Out begins at 12:00 noon,  Awards at 1:00pm at Smith Park on Fish Factory Rd.
